Duties
Perform commercial cleaning tasks in various facilities
Use power tools and hand tools to complete cleaning and maintenance tasks
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop hard floors
Clean and maintain equipment used in the cleaning process

Requirements
Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred
Must know English
Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in facilities maintenance
Must have a vehicle for commutation.
Robust customer service skills to interact with clients and address their needs
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors




Knowledge of custodial practices and safety procedures
