We are seeking an energetic and talented Hairdresser to join our expanding team. In this role, you will deliver top-quality hair styling services, provide excellent customer care, and contribute to creating a positive salon experience. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best while supporting our commitment to staying ahead of the latest trends.

Responsibilities
Perform professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments tailored to each client's preferences and needs
Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe workplace
Upsell retail hair products and additional salon services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients,



and handling payments efficiently
Communicate clearly with clients about their desired looks and provide expert advice on hair care routines
Stay updated on current trends and techniques through ongoing education and training

Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
Expertise in hair styling, coloring, cutting, and finishing techniques
Knowledge of sanitation procedures to maintain a hygienic workspace
Ability to upsell products and services confidently without being pushy
Excellent communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration
Experience in retail sales within a salon environment is a plus
Proficiency in front desk operations including appointment booking and cash handling
