The Maintenance

Person plays a vital role in ensuring the upkeep of properties managed by the Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency. With five years of relevant experience and a robust background in residential building technology, you will handle installations, renovations, and preventative maintenance. Familiarity with safety standards and operational protocols is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain walks, driveways, and parking areas
Repair foundation, including crack and mortar installations




Install and repair carpentry components like doors and windows
Maintain sanitary drainage and water systems
Respond to emergency maintenance calls after hours Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent required
Five years' experience in maintenance or related field
Valid Nova Scotia driver's license essential
Certifications in Emergency First Aid and WHMIS required
