About the Role

We’re looking for a Front Desk / Guest Services Associate with at least 1 year of spa, clinic, or beauty industry experience, strong sales skills, and a friendly, outgoing personality. This role is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in driving studio success.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in guests professionally and warmly
Manage bookings, confirmations, and scheduling
Answer phones and emails
Open and close the studio
Perform general administrative duties
Sell retail products and services
Operate point-of-sale systems

Requirements




Minimum 1 year experience in reception or customer service (spa/clinic experience strongly preferred)
Confident and comfortable with sales
Friendly, bubbly, and skilled demeanor
Strong communication skills
Able to work in a quick-paced environment
Must be available evenings and weekends
Must be able to work across multiple locations
