Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full time Integration Aid to support children with diverse needs in an educational setting.

The Integration Aid will play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive environment, assisting the children in their daily activities, and promoting their social and emotional development.

This position requires a proactive individual who is committed to enhancing the child's daily daycare experience.

Duties
Assist students with special needs in their daily classroom activities and routines.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop individualized support plans.
Monitor student behavior and provide guidance to promote positive interactions.
Help students navigate social situations, encouraging independence and self-advocacy.




Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
Participate in training sessions and career development prospects to enhance skills.

Experience
Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support the growth of all students.
Familiarity with educational practices and strategies for supporting diverse learners is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
