The Chairman's Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the bartenders, servers, and support staff working in this area and ensuring all applicable policies and procedures are followed consistently.

Duties andResponsibilities
Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner and ensure delivery of consistently outstanding service by allassociates
Help to oversee dining operations and supervise the servers, support staff, culinary team, and bartenders
Lead,



train,coach,and mentor the team
Answer guest inquiries and address concernsin a timely manner
Ensure strict compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs
Maintain brand standards in setting up,maintaining, taking down a high-end buffet
Develop andmaintainrelationships with season ticket holders, anticipating guests needs

Qualifications,Skillsand Abilities
ValidFood Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
Previousfood and beverage experience or completion of aHospitality Management Certificate
Previoussupervisoryexperience is an asset
Attention to detail anda robust senseof urgency
Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment
Demonstrate positive attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to move, lift, carry, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds withoutassistance
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
