Inc. is seeking a dedicated coach for its Global Sport Academy, starting September 1, 2026. This dual-role position requires fostering growth and building relationships with student-athletes while attracting new talent to the program. You will work closely with both the Airdrie and Springbank academies, contributing to a holistic approach to youth sports. Key Responsibilities:
Develop a positive, energetic setting for student-athletes
Foster personal and athletic growth among players




Recruit and mentor passionate student-athletes
Collaborate with the Head Coach of U18AAA Airdrie Bisons
Conduct daily activities at Springbank and Airdrie academies Requirements:
Proven experience in coaching youth or competitive hockey
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Commitment to character education in sports
Willingness to engage with student-athletes daily
Ability to inspire and motivate aspiring players Elevate youth sports through coaching excellence and passion as part of Village Sports Inc.'s initiative.
