Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment around the worksite
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
Support skilled tradespeople by handing them tools and materials as needed
Perform basic site maintenance including waste removal and site cleanup
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working environment
Help with assembly or disassembly of structures or equipment under supervision




Conduct routine inspections to identify hazards or issues requiring attention

Skills
Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of safety procedures and the importance of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Good communication skills for clear coordination with team members
Reliable punctuality and a proactive approach to completing assigned tasks
Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labour is a plus but not required
