Job Title: General Labourer / Production Associate (No Experience Required - Urdu / Hindi / Punjabi Speaking Welcome)

Overview

Excel Plating Inc. is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer / Production Associate to join our growing team. This role supports our electroplating operations (metal finishing) in a fast-paced shop environment.

No prior experience is required. We provide full training. If you are dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working with your hands, this is a outstanding prospect to build long-term skills in manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Load and unload parts onto racks for processing
Assist with plating processes (anodizing, zinc, black oxide, etc.)
Perform basic quality checks on finished parts
Package and prepare orders for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area




Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Support team members to meet daily production targets

Requirements
Able to lift up to 40–50 lbs
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Ability to work in a team environment
Basic English communication skills

Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
Familiarity with hand tools or shop equipment
