Shape young minds at YMCA Calgary as a Full-Time Early Childhood Educator. In this role, engage with children aged 12 months to 6 years and implement the YMCA Playing to Learn curriculum. Based at the Remington YMCA in Quarry Park, this full time role requires a Level 1, 2, or 3 Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification.

You will collaborate with a team to manage center operations while ensuring the delivery of a safe, flexible, and developmentally appropriate program. Possessing solid communication skills is vital for interacting effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities:
Implement YMCA Playing to Learn curriculum daily
Manage center operations with a cooperative team approach
Support child development and personal care needs




Ensure health and safety compliance in all activities
Engage actively in community events and initiatives Requirements:
Certification in Early Childhood Education – Level 1, 2, or 3
Experience in licensed childcare with ages 12 months to 6 years
Positive attitude and solid teamwork skills
Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C certification
