Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment safely and efficiently
Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools or supplies
Support team members with basic construction or maintenance tasks as directed
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
Operate basic tools and equipment with proper training and supervision
Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and tracking materials
Complete assigned tasks promptly while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Skills
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting (60lbs), bending,



and standing for extended periods. Working outdoors. Must have a valid drivers's license.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team
Willingness to learn current skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a positive attitude
Prior experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not required
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to manual work
