Services invites clinical year students to apply for an externship lasting from two to eight weeks. Collaborate closely with seasoned veterinarians to improve your skills in patient history, physical exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures. You will also build the crucial communication skills necessary for client relations and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering comprehensive patient histories
Conduct physical exams and develop treatment strategies
Observe and assist in surgical procedures
Participate in the medical management of patients
Cultivate communication skills with clients and medical staff Requirements:
Current enrollment in 4th year or clinical veterinary education
Commitment to fostering an inclusive work culture
Ability to participate for 2 to 8 weeks
