Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in facilities maintenance. If you are a problem solver with excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Perform various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Must be able to install flooring and dry walling. Must be able to paint, sand and mud.
Maintain and repair mechanical equipment ( around property )
Provide exceptional customer service while addressing maintenance issues
Demonstrate leadership skills when coordinating with other team members
able to fold sheets and do laundry as well as aide and assist house keepers in daily tasks

Requirements
Proficiency in facilities maintenance tasks
Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs




Experience with electrical systems and controls
Robust customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
Leadership qualities to guide and collaborate with team members
