Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assess their eyewear needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
Assist clients in selecting frames that complement their style, face shape, and prescription requirements
Conduct exact measurements of pupils, frame fitting, and adjustments to ensure optimal comfort and vision correction under supervision
Provide detailed explanations of lens options, coatings, and optical features using clear, accessible language
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, sales transactions, and customer preferences within our retail management system




Support optical laboratory processes by verifying lens orders and ensuring quality standards are met
Stay informed about the latest eyewear trends, products, and technological advancements to enhance customer recommendations

Requirements
Laboratory experience or familiarity with optical equipment is highly desirable
Prior retail sales or sales experience with a focus on customer engagement and product knowledge
Experience working with Epic or similar retail management systems preferred
Strong communication skills to educate customers effectively about their options and solutions
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Previous experience in optical or retail management is a plus but not required
