We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on person to provide temporary and on-call maintenance support across multiple buildings in downtown Victoria.

This is a great chance for someone who enjoys practical, physical work and wants adaptable, as-needed hours.

What You’ll Do
Complete basic building maintenance and minor repairs
Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues
Move supplies, equipment and materials around buildings
Assist with building projects and general upkeep
Help keep common areas, storage areas and building spaces protected and well maintained
Travel between multiple downtown Victoria locations as needed

Physical Requirements This is a physically active position. You should be comfortable with:
Lifting and carrying supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs.




Repeated bending, reaching, kneeling and crouching
Standing and walking for extended periods
Going up and down stairs
Using basic hand and power tools
Performing hands-on tasks throughout the workday
