MPA are retained by Canadas largest outpatient clinic network to recruit for a Dermatologist for their practice based in Mississauga. The clinic network is a leader within the space providing multiple levels of care across family medicine and specialty care.

The clinic is in a prime location just West of Toronto, approximately 1 hour from downtown. An prospect to join already busy clinic environments, providing dermatology consults and in office dermatology procedures. Their large group across Ontario means the Dermatologist will come into a busy patient load upon day 1.

Each clinic is fully staffed with Physicians, supporting services that make patient flow easier. Additional support includes clinic management and medical office administrative staff.

Responsibilities

- Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic dermatologic conditions.




- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based clinical practices.
- Perform dermatologic procedures, and minor surgical procedures within scope of practice.
- Evaluate and manage patients with skin cancers and pre-cancerous lesions, including referrals for advanced treatment when appropriate.
- Provide patient education regarding prevention, treatment options, and ongoing skin health.

Requirements

- Certification in Dermatology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (or equivalent recognized certification).
- Eligible for independent licensure with the applicable provincial College of Physicians and Surgeons.
- Robust clinical skills and experience in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Open to candidates relocation from UK, Ireland, US, Australia or New Zealand.
