What We’re Looking For:
Must be previously certified in Classic Lash Extensions
Additional certifications (Volume, Mega Volume) are a bonus
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for symmetry and lash health
Passion for the beauty industry and excellent customer service
Strong work ethic and time management
Positive, professional attitude and team mindset

What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing high-quality lash extension services
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Rebooking clients and supporting client retention
Educating clients on aftercare and lash maintenance




Promoting additional services and product knowledge where appropriate

Compensation: Competitive commission-based pay structure with hourly guarantees. Top lash techs consistently earn $25–$35+/hour when bonuses, rebooking, and product sales are factored in.
