We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring productive food delivery and exceptional guest service in our restaurant setting.
Responsibilities
Assist in expediting food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of dishes
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' needs and inquiries
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen team to maintain smooth food service flow
Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience in a restaurant environment is preferred
Solid guest services skills with a willingness to help and assist customers
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
Basic knowledge of food handling, food safety, and kitchen operations
Familiarity with cashiering duties is a plus
