Clean Path Snow Removal | Lawncare is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our outdoor maintenance team.

The position will begin with lawn care and fall property maintenance from September through November and transition into snow removal work during the winter season.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable with physical work, and is looking for steady seasonal employment extending from fall into winter.

September–November: Lawn Care & Fall Work

Responsibilities may include

- Lawn mowing and trimming
- Edging and property clean-up
- Leaf and debris removal
- Fall yard clean-ups
- Bagging and disposal of grass/leaves
- Loading, unloading, and handling equipment
- Other general outdoor property maintenance duties

Winter: Snow Removal

Once the snow season begins, responsibilities will transition to:

- Clearing residential driveways
- Clearing sidewalks and walkways
- Clearing steps and entryways
- Operating snow blowers
- Shoveling snow
- Removing snow from designated areas
- Completing assigned properties efficiently and thoroughly
- Working during and following snowfall events as required

- Able to work in changing weather conditions




- Able to lift and safely handle lawn care and snow removal equipment
- Able to follow instructions and complete assigned routes efficiently
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable transportation is an asset
- Previous lawn care, landscaping, property maintenance, or snow removal experience is an asset, but not required for the right candidate

Winter Availability

Snow removal is weather-dependent. Candidates must understand that winter schedules may vary depending on snowfall and may require early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or work following snowstorms.

Reliability during snowfall events is especially important.
