Role Description This is a full time, on-site Security Guard role based in Brantford, ON.

The Security

Guard will monitor premises, conduct regular patrols, and control access to buildings and restricted areas.

Responsibilities include observing and reporting suspicious activity, responding to incidents and alarms, completing clear and accurate incident reports, and supporting emergency procedures as directed.

Guard will interact with residents, visitors, and staff, provide customer service and guidance,



and maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry. The role also involves working collaboratively with supervisors, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
- Candidates should possess skills in Physical Security and Private Security, including patrolling, access control, and incident response.
- Candidates should possess Personnel Security awareness, including protecting staff, visitors, and residents and maintaining confidentiality.
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License and eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and respond quickly in emergency situations.
- Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and clear verbal and written communication.
- Experience in corporate, residential, retail, or event security is an asset.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
