About the Job

We are looking for professional, reliable, and experienced Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidate must take pride in their work, demonstrate strong professionalism, and provide a high standard of security and customer service.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of security experience is required
- Fluent English communication is required, both verbal and written
- Valid Security Guard Licence in Ontario
- Qualified appearance and attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong observation and situational-awareness skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Ability to write clear and accurate incident reports
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the property and surrounding areas
- Control access to the building or site
- Monitor security cameras and alarms
- Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally
- Complete daily logs and incident reports




- Identify and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Enforce site rules and security procedures
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence
- Provide professional and courteous customer service

What We Are Looking For

We are specifically looking for individuals who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, strong communication skills, and a minimum of 1 year of security experience. Fluent English is essential for communicating effectively with clients, staff, visitors, and emergency services.
