Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to lead and manage all safety and security operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in law enforcement, security management, or loss prevention, along with proven expertise in surveillance systems and CCTV monitoring. This role is critical in ensuring a safe and secure environment for both employees and visitors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily security activities, enforcing established protocols, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and organizational standards. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure are essential for success in this position

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the security team, ensuring strict adherence to established security protocols and procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify potential risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to detect, assess, and respond to suspicious activities or security incidents in a timely manner.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures, while providing ongoing training, guidance, and support to security personnel.
- Liaise and collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary to effectively address incidents and security concerns.
- Prepare and maintain accurate, detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and any breaches of security protocols.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, ensuring proper coordination and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Promote and maintain a strong culture of safety and security awareness across the organization through regular training sessions and clear communication.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in law enforcement, security,



or loss prevention, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and hands-on experience with CCTV systems and monitoring operations.
- Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to effectively manage, motivate, and develop a security team.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound, timely decisions in emergency situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate reports.
- Must successfully pass background checks and screening processes as part of the hiring requirements.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
