About The Role

This role is well suited to someone who understands both client service and the practical realities of managing marketing projects, including developing scopes, preparing proposals, coordinating internal resources and keeping work on schedule and within budget.
As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you’ll build strong, trusted relationships while ensuring their needs, expectations and objectives are clearly understood by the internal team. You’ll lead client meetings, identify opportunities for additional support and confidently present recommendations and proposed work.
You’ll also oversee the day-to-day coordination of projects, working closely with designers, developers, strategists, writers and other specialists. This is not a people management position, but it is a senior role that requires leadership, sound judgement and the ability to provide guidance to colleagues based on your experience.
What You’ll Be Doing in This Role:

- Identifying risks, resolving challenges and keeping projects moving forward
- Reviewing deliverables for accuracy, quality and alignment with client expectations before presentation
- Managing client feedback and coordinating revisions with the internal team
- Coordinating project closeout and confirming that all deliverables have been completed
- Reconciling completed work for invoicing and ensuring deposits, additional requests and change orders are accurately captured
- Entering supplier and vendor invoices and supporting project financial tracking
- Tracking time and maintaining accurate project records
- Collaborating with other Account Managers on large, complex or specialized projects
This Role Requires Someone Who Is:

- Confident and solutions-oriented. You can make informed recommendations, address challenges and keep projects moving when circumstances change.
- Financially attentive. You understand the importance of accurate estimates, scope management, time tracking, change requests and project reconciliation.
- Collaborative.
You work well with people across different disciplines and understand how to bring the right resources together for each project.
- Detail-oriented. You carefully review scopes, timelines, budgets and deliverables before they reach the client.
- Adaptable. You can shift between clients, industries and project types while maintaining a consistently high standard of service.
- Comfortable providing leadership. While this is not a people management position, you are willing to share your experience, provide guidance and support your colleagues when needed.
