What We’re Looking For
Certified Esthetician from a recognized training facility.
Must have Esthetics License in Manitoba
5+ years of hands-on industry experience.
A natural leader who’s analytical, collaborative, and proactive.
Robust communication skills (verbal & written).

Your Day-to-Day

Coach students on salon simulation, self-marketing, sales techniques, and client retention strategies.
