Upon successful completion, you’ll transition into a regular rotation within the specialty department. Emphasis on patient safety and quality care is central to this role. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and provide direct nursing care to patients
Work under the guidance of Nurse Manager or designate
Follow competency guidelines and BCCNM standards
Communicate effectively with diverse healthcare contacts
Contribute to continuous improvement in quality and safety Requirements:
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
Recent medical and/or surgical nursing experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
