What You Will Do

Account Operations & Processing
Process a range of client transactions, including trades, transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and payments
Complete documentation for account openings, updates, transfers, and ongoing maintenance
Navigate multiple systems to gather, verify, and update client information
Support advisors by responding to client calls and emails
Prepare materials and documentation for client meetings

Special Projects & Administration
Coordinate tax season documentation and requests
Support estate settlement processes and related paperwork

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of industry experience
