Duties
Operate laundry machines and equipment efficiently to process linens, towels, uniforms, and other textiles with precision and care
Sort, fold, and organize laundry items according to hotel standards and guest needs
Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, ensuring all tools and machines are sanitized and well-maintained
Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
Follow safety protocols during all laundry procedures to prevent accidents or equipment damage
Assist with light cleaning duties in guest areas as needed to support overall hotel cleanliness




Ensure timely completion of laundry cycles to meet operational deadlines and guest expectations

Skills
Previous hotel experience is highly preferred, providing familiarity with hospitality standards
Robust knowledge of laundry processes, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and stain removal techniques
Excellent cleaning skills with an eye for detail to uphold hygiene standards
Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently
Positive physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and moving heavy loads throughout shifts
Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining a clean environment
