RESPONSIBILITIES
Operating embroidery machines and performing quality control for each finished product
Paying attention to specific embroidery instructions and closely monitoring work to catch errors early and ensure accuracy
Performing light troubleshooting and daily maintenance to keep machinery in top shape for fulfilling orders
Identifying the correct supplies and machine settings needed to complete each job
Inspecting all work, correcting any deviations or errors, and packaging items nicely for shipping
Reaching daily production goals
Performing other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1–2 years working with embroidery machines
Self-motivated with excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work under pressure
Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
This is a full-time, on-site position (no remote work). Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Thank you to all applicants for applying.
