We are seeking an energetic, motivated and customer-oriented market associate to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting our products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. This position requires solid communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to manage time effectively in a retail environment.

Duties
Set up market stall with pop-up tents, tables, banner, table cloths, signage, buckets of pre-wrapped bouquets and other flower products.
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
Provide knowledgeable information about products to enhance customer experience.
Operate the POS system efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market stall and product displays.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.




Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
Tear down booth at the end of the day, loading items back into vehicle.

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Solid proficiency in English and some knowledge of French is an asset. Multilingual skills are a plus.
Familiarity with basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service and fostering positive relationships with customers.
