Duties
Prepare and assemble food items efficiently according to established recipes and standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash, credit card transactions, and receipts
Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, counters, and food handling areas in compliance with food safety regulations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times
Handle cash transactions accurately,



including cash handling and balancing cash registers at shift end
Assist with food storage, inventory management, and restocking supplies as needed

Experience
Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices in the food industry
Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar point-of-sale technology
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety regulations to ensure a hygienic environment
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a rapid-paced setting
Kitchen or food industry experience is an asset; enthusiasm for serving others is essential
