Line Cook / Cook – Training Provided

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cook / Line Cook to join our Chinese restaurant kitchen team.

Previous Chinese cooking experience is not required. We are happy to provide training to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and assist with daily food preparation
Cook and prepare menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
Learn Chinese cooking techniques, including wok cooking
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods
Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is needed
Willing to learn recent cooking techniques
Reliable,

Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
