Rodd Charlottetown Hotel is seeking a service-driven individual to join our team as Food and Beverage Server.

Located in the heart of the city, Rodd Charlottetown is home to Chambers Restaurant & Bar, a historic gathering place known for its refined atmosphere and exceptional dining experiences. In addition, Rodd Charlottetown also hosts a variety of banquets, meetings, weddings, and events. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional hospitality across both our daily restaurant service and memorable events.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide food and beverage service in Chambers Restaurant & Bar as well as at banquet functions
Create memorable dining experiences by anticipating guest needs and delivering attentive, personalized service
Guide guests through the menu, take orders, serve food and beverages, and support the team during service
Assist with the setup, organization, and breakdown of events
Work closely with culinary and management teams to provide seamless guest experiences
Handle guest feedback professionally and work with management to ensure every guest leaves satisfied
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining workplace

Key Qualifications and Skills:




Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests confidently
A friendly, outgoing personality with a positive and upbeat attitude
A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others
High energy and enthusiasm for hospitality
Comfort discussing and recommending food and beverage offerings
Previous experience in a full-service fine-dining restaurant is considered an asset
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
