DRC Group is looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on carpentry experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently or as part of a crew on residential and/or commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
Perform general carpentry duties, including framing, finishing, installation, repairs, and renovations
Read and follow project instructions, drawings, and measurements
Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and related equipment
Load, unload, and handle materials safely
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and site-specific requirements
Work professionally with supervisors, trades, clients, and team members

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience
Valid driver’s license is required
Must have your own reliable vehicle




Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and protected work practices
Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
Ability to lift materials and perform physical work throughout the day
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Safety-conscious with a strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
Journeyman Carpenter Certificate preferred
Experience in renovations, framing, finishing, or general construction
Fall protection, WHMIS, first aid, or other safety tickets
Own basic tools
