We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Servers to join our team. As a server, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of food and beverages
Take accurate orders and deliver food promptly
Ensure guest satisfaction and handle concerns efficiently
Upsell menu items and promote specials
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
Process bills and handle payments
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff

Requirements




Previous serving experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Smart Serve Certification (required or willing to obtain)
Team player with a positive attitude
Availability on evenings and weekends

Preferred Skills (Bonus)
Knowledge of South Indian cuisine
Multilingual (Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, etc.)
Basic bartending skills
