Job Summary

Whether you're behind the counter or in the kitchen, you’ll play a key role in delivering quality, speed, and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. This position includes responsibilities in food preparation and customer service.

Primary Functions:

Provide excellent customer service while ensuring accurate order taking, food preparation, sandwich and wrap production, side preparation, order assembly, cleanliness, food safety, restocking, and proper handling of dine-in, drive-thru, and delivery orders. FOH team members are also responsible for supporting the team and maintaining Church’s Texas Chicken standards for quality, speed, accuracy,



and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Experience in food service, or customer service preferred but not required.
Ability to follow standard operations and procedures.
Robust teamwork and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
Willingness to learn, follow directions, and take initiative.
Food Safety Certification is a plus.
