Dental Link provides IT Support to the Dentists, Doctors and small businesses. We are currently looking for a Field Computer Technician to join our support services.
The candidate should have obtained an IT related program degree/diploma/certificate such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or diploma/certificate in Network Engineering or equivalent.
The candidate should have a valid driving license as he/she is required to visit the client’s office.
Responsibilities are
provide IT technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to the computer systems, software and hardware;
Install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade hardware / software related to the user desktops, laptops, mobile devices and other peripherals
Job Type: Part time Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
