About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Procurement Operations / P2P professional to join a global Buy team in Montreal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Buy Cycle experience who enjoys working with stakeholders, resolving procurement issues, and driving process improvements.

The successful candidate will help deliver consistent, compliant, and efficient procurement services within a shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end Buy Cycle, including converting released purchase requisitions into compliant purchase orders.
- Deliver consistent and high-quality Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) services.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and improve procurement service delivery.
- Manage and resolve issues, escalations, exceptions, and process inconsistencies throughout the Buy Cycle.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with established policies, controls, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with regional and global procurement teams to ensure consistent processes and best practices.




- Monitor purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Support procurement reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.
- Contribute ideas and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or P2P, preferably within a shared services environment.
- Strong experience with end-to-end Buy / Purchase-to-Pay processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong experience with SAP Business Network (SBN) and P2P processes.
- Strong understanding of procurement policies, controls, compliance, and governance.
- Fluent/strong English and French – mandatory.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage escalations and resolve complex procurement issues.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and standardization.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Highly organized, proactive, structured, and results-oriented.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a global shared services / GBS environment.
- Experience supporting global or regional procurement operations.
- Strong reporting, data analysis, and KPI experience.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels.
- Experience working in a rapid-paced, multicultural environment.
