Permanent Full Time The Senior Change Management Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering end to end change management plans and activities on projects and programs that enable successful implementation of strategic business initiatives across Canada Life.
What You Will Do
Change Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for assigned projects and initiatives.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify stakeholder, process, technology, and organizational impacts.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement, change readiness, communication, training, adoption, and sustainment activities in collaboration with project and program teams.
- Partner with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and delivery schedules.
- Monitor project progress and adjust change activities to support evolving business needs.
Stakeholder Support & Engagement
- Build effective working relationships with business stakeholders,
project teams, and subject matter experts.
- Support stakeholder analysis and engagement activities to increase awareness, commitment, and adoption.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and focus groups to gather feedback and address change-related concerns.
- Provide guidance to leaders and stakeholders on change management practices and tools.
Readiness, Adoption & Sustainment
- Assess organizational readiness and identify risks, resistance points, and adoption barriers.
- Support the development and execution of change management plans for readiness, adoption and sustainment.
- Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback, adoption metrics, and change performance indicators.
