Little Burgundy in Canada is looking for an energetic candidate to support the Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to reach store and personal sales goals, control expenses, and protect company assets. You will help build a successful sales team, provide feedback and coaching, and ensure company initiatives are implemented.

This role requires 40 hours weekly, with night and weekend shifts, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
