We are seeking a motivated and skilled Flooring Installer / Renovation Contractor to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality flooring installations and renovation services that transform spaces and exceed client expectations. Your expertise in various flooring materials, construction techniques, and renovation processes will be essential to ensuring each project is completed efficiently, safely, and with precision.

Responsibilities
Prepare work areas by measuring, leveling, and ensuring surfaces are ready for installation or renovation.
Install a variety of flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, and carpet with attention to detail and quality standards.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to cut, shape, and secure flooring materials.
Perform related renovation tasks including carpentry work, caulking, patching, sanding, and finishing surfaces as needed.
Collaborate with clients, project managers,



and team members to ensure timely completion of projects within scope.
Maintain a clean work setting by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly.

Qualifications
Proven experience in flooring installation or renovation contracting within residential or commercial settings.
Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, drills, chisels, levels, and measuring devices.
Experience with tile laying, carpentry tasks, caulking techniques, and general handyman skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials safely, and perform manual tasks efficiently.
