Join WSP in Whitehorse, YT as an Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer-in-Training, where you will integrate fieldwork and office analysis to shape vital infrastructure projects. This role offers the chance to impact communities through creative engineering solutions. You will be a core member of the Ground Engineering and Materials team, leading field investigations while also performing data analysis and report writing.

Your technical expertise will support a variety of projects across the Yukon and northern British Columbia. Mentor junior staff, build client relationships, and ensure quality assurance throughout project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Lead field investigations including borehole drilling and instrumentation




Analyze and evaluate geotechnical data for recommendations
Prepare detailed technical reports and construction documents
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project designs
Mentor junior engineers on safety and methods Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field
Must be registered as an EIT in Canada
Minimum three years of relevant engineering experience
Robust technical writing and analytical capabilities
Ability to adapt to diverse working environments Drive impactful geotechnical projects forward with WSP in Whitehorse.
