Position Details

Currently seeking Equipment Operators for work in Edmonton, AB and surrounding areas.

What You Will Be Working On

Depending on the position, duties may include:
Safely operate assigned heavy equipment in accordance with site requirements and manufacturer specifications.
Perform rough and final grading to project specifications.
Read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, and instructions from supervision.
Complete pre-operational inspections and maintain accurate equipment records.
Identify and report equipment deficiencies, hazards, and maintenance requirements.
Work effectively with survey crews, grade checkers, labourers, and other equipment operators.
Maintain production targets while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Follow all company policies, site-specific procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For
CSTS 2020
WHMIS 2015
Ground Disturbance
Extensive knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work
The ability to lift, carry and handle weight up to 50lbs
Ability to work from grades, elevations, and construction drawings.
Robust awareness of secure operating practices and hazard recognition.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Robust teamwork and communication skills.
