University of Victoria is seeking an Assistant to the Associate Dean, Academic Advising, to provide senior-level administrative support within the Office of the Registrar and Enrolment Management. You will liaise with students, faculty and staff and ensure accurate administration of student records and approvals across the advising portfolio.

Under the Coordinator, Frontline Advising, you may contribute to frontline advising during peak periods.
