We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our growing dental practice. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, professional, and comfortable working in a busy dental office. Experience with Open Dental is an asset.

Responsibilities
Greet patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
Manage the daily appointment schedule efficiently
Process payments and assist with billing and dental insurance claims
Maintain accurate patient records and update patient information
Coordinate treatment appointments and patient follow-ups
Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and account inquiries
Assist the dental team with administrative duties as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified reception area
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all privacy and office policies

Qualifications
Previous dental reception or dental office experience is preferred




Experience with Open Dental is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Skilled, positive, and friendly attitude
Robust attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with dental insurance, billing, and treatment coordination is an asset
