Ovation Dental, a busy and contemporary dental office in the heart of Current Westminster, is looking for a motivated and experienced Dental Receptionist / Administrator to join our growing team.

Our clinic is conveniently located directly across from New West Station, making it easily accessible by transit. We are a spacious, modern practice designed with both our team and patients in mind, and we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional patient experience.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, claims processing, and treatment coordination
Comfortable working independently and managing a busy front desk
Familiarity with dental terminology
Organized, professional, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and team mindset

We use Curve Dental Software, a user-friendly cloud-based system. Full training will be provided if you are not already familiar with the program.

Schedule:
4–5 days per week




Must be available Mondays (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Must be available Saturdays (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage phone calls professionally and efficiently
Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Verify insurance perks and submit claims accurately
Schedule appointments for hygienists and dentists efficiently
Coordinate with the clinical team to optimize scheduling flow
Support practice growth through patient communication and organization
