Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in Orthodontics and Pediatrics
Familiarity with Abeldent, Adit, HSO claims, & CDCP
Dental Assisting experience

Duties
Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits using Abeldent.
Handle phone inquiries, providing information about services, procedures, and office policies.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure patient confidentiality is upheld.
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries efficiently.




Assist in managing office supplies and inventory for the front desk area.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication within the office.

Skills
Strong administrative skills with experience in a dental office setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations in a healthcare environment.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
