The GTA is one of the busiest regions in Ontario for family cases, giving our lawyers exceptional exposure to court work, negotiations, motions, and complex files.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet and advise clients on family law mattersDraft applications, answers, motions, affidavits, and court materialsPrepare disclosure requests and support case strategyConduct legal research using Westlaw, CanLII, and supporting toolsAssist with settlement discussions, conferences, and negotiationsPrepare for trials including witness preparation and document reviewAttend court with the principal lawyerCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel,
