We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing shipping and receiving processes, data entry, and supply chain operations. Knowledge of fleet manager, border connect, online tracking systems, transportation management systems, and familiarity with phone systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

-Must have experience in dispatching flatbed
Coordinate and schedule shipments and deliveries
Analyze shipping and receiving processes to optimize efficiency
Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently




Assist in managing freight documentation

Requirements
Previous experience in a dispatching role preferred
Proficiency in using fleet manager, border connect, or similar systems
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
Familiarity with phone systems for coordinating logistics efficiently

We specialize in flatbed and are seeking for someone with experience in this field. Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
