Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dispatcher / Freight Broker to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule freight shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery across multiple regions
Negotiate rates and terms with carriers, leveraging solid negotiation skills to secure optimal agreements
Maintain explicit communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations
Manage data entry related to shipment details and tracking information




Develop and nurture customer relationships through proactive account management
Monitor freight status and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize delays or disruptions in the supply chain
Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to streamline transportation processes and improve service levels

Qualifications
Proven experience in freight brokerage, dispatching, or supply chain management
Solid negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms for all parties involved
Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) abilities to foster long-term partnerships
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
