As the Director of Wellness Centre, you will oversee program quality, manage budgets exceeding $2M, and direct daily operations for over 60 staff.

Your role includes developing community-focused counselling programs that address physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. You will serve as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors and partner agencies to drive our mission forward. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess service quality for Wellness programs
Direct day-to-day management of all centre operations




Set program strategy aligning with organizational objectives
Oversee reporting for Addiction Management Information System
Prepare quarterly and annual reports for the Board Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Health or Addictions
Certified by a recognized Canadian body
Minimum of five years in senior leadership
Experience in addictions counselling and administration
